Not really but when you get good at the game (If you aren't already), you might even be able to counter this behavior.
If you can't, at some point they will leave, you will leave, they will switch team, or you will switch teams, or of course they just stop. :P Hope it helped? xD

Well with the wave spawner it makes it a bit easyer for you so here is an idea:
As soon as you spawn crouch and start digging straight down for a few blocks, then if you manage to do that without being killed you should be able to do what you want :)

I haven't really come into any spawn camping lately, but the best you can do is distract them, at least get one guy from your team out of range, and then he'll scare the fruit of the looms off of them
