But what if there have been a couple of days inbetween, or even a week? Then the people have probably already checked the old message and the only way to notify them is to wright a new one, right? (Sorry for going off topic, I just really want to clarify the rules so that I don't break them myself.)

I typically allow one bump (or a double post). The amount of time that has passed is insignificant. Triple posting will get you warned/banned. If you want to bump and you've already posted twice, get a fellow clan member to do it for you. If you can't find one or they don't want to, you might consider why you're even trying.

Handing out a bump, and also, there is already a clan called EF. You may accidently find someone confusing you for them.

I don't want to be a party-pooper, but... Honestly I think that instead of making a ton of alliances here and there, you all should just join the same clan. That will save everyone a lot of time, since you all pretty much have same ideas, same description, same goals, same rules (except for Drunken's clan, he really did something more or less original).
For example, I created a clan because no clan was really offering what I truly wanted. But you all seem to have the same desire, just to be in a clan. Therefore I really do think you all should just merge together. That will also save you time to look for members and it will give you all a little boost.
Have the clan named like "Merged" or something. It explains what you are and so that no fightings over clan name will take place.

Yeah, that has occurred before in the past, but what you don't realise is that people like the idea of having their own clan. Merging works, but it takes a lot of compromise, and a good compromise leaves everyone unstatisfied.
