This. Minus the GUI, I could care less about a nice GUI.

Sad thing about It

Your clan will drop dead. Most of the people on here cannot buy it.

You will loose some of your friends. :(

Never. I play it because it's free. Show me another completely free multiplayer FPS that doesn't require a $200 graphics card.

I'm unsure how it'd work but I'd like a loyalty system, where those of us who've been here for 6-7-8-9 months + ( they're aren't many of us) would receive the paid version free of charge for being loyal fans.

I'd like that too, because I don't have a credit card to buy the game with.

If my dad let's me use my credit card, I would wait until a client application and auto updater is implemented, 64 player slots, registration system, official helis and/or boats, no lag, little major glitches, and mod support.

You can use your parent's credit card...it's a good thing I have mine. There will be a lot of players that won't be playing AoS because there young.

I would buy it if:

1) 64 players
2) Go back to somewhere between 0.10 up to 0.38
3) No lagg, better anti-aimbot scripts, and overall better protection from hacks.
4) Headshots actually kill.

1. Agree
2. All out agree
3. Obviously
4. That is such an annoying glitch.

I agree with 1, 3 and 4. 0.10 to 0.38 was a bit too drab for me.

Not exactly in that range, but somewhere around 0.40 to 0.60.

I would pay now - TAKE MY MONEY! **throws cash at monitor and mashes pennies into the keyboard**

But seriously, to all those people that said they wouldn't pay now, have you ever tried to create ANYTHING on a computer? Loads of time an effort has been put into AoS, even if it's not the most polished at the moment, and the people that put this time and effort in deserve money (at least) for their troubles.

I don't necessarily believe you should just stick a price tag on AoS though. I'd advise other non-exclusive business models to avoid excluding those that can't afford or don't have the facilities to pay directly. e.g.

Pay-what-you-want: Can earn 10's of thousands, but may not be the most profitable business model.
Free-2-play: I see a lot of games like this now, especially large online games.

In the real world, if you create a program that can predict stocks or is a massive 3d game but it's loaded with bugs nobody will buy. Yes I do know how much work it is to make a game and how much coding you have to learn and write. I wrote in HTML a website without dreamweaver (helps you make websites) in notepad. I'm just saying that the bugs will have to be patched if any sale is to occur rather than focusing on adding helicopter, crates,....
