I don't like this.
I could see this offending someone who's really trying to make some stuff, you know? It wouldn't seem fair to rank ones stuff over the other. Cus in the end, we should just appreciate the fact that people are attempting to make stuff that can enhance our gaming experience even more.

A year is a long time. A lot of things could change even in a few days. Someone stops moding, someone makes a brilliant pack, new moder makes their mark. I think it should be every month or two months.

Very cool, I voted for SIMOX, Paratrooper, ChaosTLW, and atomic worm because his name is cool
the rewards sound a bit dumb though, if these guys really are good modifiers then they'd just be able to make their own gold/silver weapons.
