You're absolutely right. There's nothing wrong with bumping a thread, but bumping it three times by yourself with no content other than "bump" is against the rules. If you want to bump, add content, and alternate between yourself and other members of your clan.

What does bump mean? Forgive my ignorance, but I don't know what it means.

It's just a word people use when they want to poke a topic back where everyone can see it. To give a little nudge to bring the thread up top again so people can see and reply.

There is allways more to add :D , like a great match you had and how you galiantly screamed'FOR TOTAL ANARCHY!' and then threw grenades everywhere and kamikazed owned people :D ... I think i'm going to try that now that I said that :P . Another thing to discuss the future of TA :D

Everyone reading should take a note from hindos. THAT is how you bump a thread. He put a little effort into it, he kept it on topic, and most importantly, he followed all the rules. Good job hindos.

Auw *blush* you're too kind :D , in response Slow your an amazing moderator and your judgment is unquestionably sound, and hobohob you're the perfect character for a leader(or co-leader) and very friendly.

I've had experiences with clans and such before in many different games, even tried to make one for Plazma burst 2 once, you learn and move on like that but until now i've never found a dynamicly addictive game like ace of spades yet; something you can truly never get bored of. I can't wait to see what becomes of it in the future, and what we do here now will have huge effects on the future of AoS and how it blooms out. Starting a clan now will insure that when the game grows to become more popular and player rich we allready have all the foundations set and a thriving community newcomers will want to join.

Now then an intresting game experience... well I played on a indestrucable map in which you can't build or destroy blocks(I think it was a 'supercool' map) and we faced a formidable lone soldier. However when more team members joined they had the dishonourability to spawn kill us repeatidly using grenades and rifles, and since we couldn't build we were at a tactical advantage. Nonetheless honour beats dishonour in the long run and I managed to sneak past sucessfully and shoot those tyrants in the head, then ... Pancakes :)

You used to be able to build on the supercool custom servers until someone griefed up a whole map. Now you can't build at all :(.

I think you should replace gizmoe as the leader hobohob, gizmoe isn't sporadicly active whilst you're very active you also did a lot to make this clan as epic as it is today. Furthermore, he is a bit of an oddball(if you remember the big momma thread...)

Those damn griefers, if you wait for an admin to come on you can prove your worth and gain the ability to build. Building maps are pretty cool as you can express your creativity. I think I might try making a map for AoS once , preferably in space... with spaceships and stuff... :o . Now if only we could setup regions and scripted events in maps, that's a big area that hasn't been explored :( . Any tips on how to make maps, please tell me there is a program as easy to use as world edit for Ace of spades ;) !

I start off with a map template. Something nice and flat like Goon Assault.
I then start pyspades. Connect to my local server and then login as admin. Go in god mode and build.

Alternatively you can use something like voxed.

I sent Gizmoe a PM. If he doesn't reply in a month, I will just start up my own clan. We don't have many active members and without our leader, we are nothing.

Wow damn, that's sad. At least gizmoe could stay as a clan member, he may not be a leader type but he sure as hell would be a good clan member. Can a moderator please give hobohob permission to edit the OP as he is the new clan leader?

If you startup your own clan I will follow you there, but since you're the leader now you can mold this clan into whatever image you want. You can change the name too if you want.

hindos: voxed is included in your AoS C Drive folder. Its icon is the same as the AoS logo (not the splash, the logo).
