Can't tell if that's semi ammo or SMG, but SMG's been incredibly glitchy reload wise since .7ish usually taking twoish bullets to reload one but lately there's like 12~14 taken from you to even begin reloading [E.G fire off an entire thirty round clip and it'll cost 42~44 from your reserves to reload back to thirty in your clip.] and if you try to reload with less than twenty spare you wind up with 255 bullets in your clip that do no damage to blocks/players. Been a ton of fun getting votekicked for "Ammo hacks" when trying to fire them off into the air so I could reload working bullets from the CP.

They're probably blanks, though.

Yea, happened to me a few times before.
Couldn't make any good use of it, though.
Since I lost ~40% of my initial ammo when it came back to normal.
Nor did I manage to shoot anyone.
