In fact, I was just coming to this thread to post that we should have an OCU meeting where representatives from each clan come together to be like, "hey." By the way, that IRC channel doesn't work because there's a space in it. We could use something like this instead:

Alternatively, meetings could be held clan chatrooms if they already have Q and whatnot (like the freedom fighters channel)

Hellooooo Tw4040, if you didn't saw it already on my clan forum after you asked what the other member has said, he applied for my subordinate, but i don't know if he can join, because the clan is completeded .-.
but i'm the only one without subordinates D: and i still have to check if he speaks english, its vital, isnt it?
just to be sure, can you answer if he can be my subordinate? (if he speaks english well) xD

Well he can join even if he doesn't speak English, but then you'd have to translate everything he says...

Zecora I am sorry but I can't officially make u vice just yet, due to the fact that at least 2/3 of the members must vote for this decision. However, you will be temporary vice until the 17th if there are no objections.
