Well AoS bought a commerical license for the voxlap engine.
If you want to license the AoS brand you will need to get in touch with ben and he would decide if you can or can't have a license.

And AOS have EULA license (proprietary but freeware), yes?

Ace of Spades is closed-source and uses a commercial license from Ken Silverman.
