It's funny how much we have pleaded for the SMG to get a buff, while it ends up with being OP.

If the SMG was weak before and now it's way too strong, it's not our fault for wanting it to be stronger, it's Ben's fault for making it outclass the other weapons.

Did anybody think SMG was weak in .70? I thought it handles just fine. 2 headshots to kill, 1 headshot + 2 bodyshots to kill, 1 headshot + 3 arm/leg shots to kill...

Now its 1 headshot and 1 bodyshot to kill, 1 headshot and 2 armshots to kill... I was fine before, not too strong but not weak either, and it filled its roll of mid-range combat and group very well.

Shotgun was best at close range, and could still best a rifle user at medium if the player was good...now it cant even handle close range.

If I'm not mistaken,SMG didnt got an increase in accuracy, and it neither was weak before.
The most likely conclusion we can get is:

You sucked using the SMG,crying all the time because you was being headshotted by rifleman,and wanted your SMG to turn into the supreme weapon so you could take your revenge agaisnt the rifleman with skill.

It has been a while since I have played, but everything seems to be fine, except the horrendous lag. I thought that would have been fixed by now. :/

In 0.70 smgs bodyshot damage was 24 and limbshot 16.
Now they are somewhere around 28 and 19.
