How Do You get An Avatar Picture

I'm wanting to know ive tried on my profile page but i cant seem to get an avatar picture. Can I get some help?

1. Go to User Control Panel
2. Go to Profile
3. Go to Edit Avatar
4.If your uploading from your computer , Click Browse and find your image or Copy and paste the url where your picture is located.
5. Set the dimensions to 120px x 120px

If you get an error post it again here.
