how to take in-game photos?

I have a problem, i'm trying to take an in-game photo but i can't, print screen doesn't work, what can i do?

do you have a pc or a mac

if a pc do the following

go to the screen you want and press ALT and Print Screen (usually in the top right corner)
then when this is done go on paint (press the start at the bottom of your screen, then do all programs and then accessories and go until you find paint.)

when you get on paint do Ctrl+V and your image will show up, save that on your computer.

if you are like me you need somewhere to put this photo of yours GO register a IMGUR account then put your photo on that. and it will guide you from there.

or... get FRAPS.
doing the alt-print screen thing is tedious, especially if needing to take multiple screens in game.
FRAPS is a free program that give you in-game FPS as well as the ability to take screenshots or record gameplay.
There's a paid version with all features, and the free version where you're limited to bitmap screenshots and up to 30 seconds gameplay videos in AVI format.
