No. The word "you're" means "you are", while the word "your" is possessive.
Ex. 1: "I like your fur, Booyo." That would be possessive, because it is indeed his fur.
Ex. 2: "I think you're the furriest wolf around." The word "you're" means "you are", so you are saying "I think you are the furriest wolf around."
