Also, there should be a "has" rather than a "have"

Anyway I see what you mean regarding "nor".

But when i studied English literature...I dunno man, im pretty sure "nor" is not dependant on the use of "no" previously in the sentence.

Think about it. Neither the word "neither" nor the word "nor" belongs in between "grammar" and "punctuality". "Nor" and "or" are not interchangeable words, you know.
