Weapon changes in .75

I know SMG spread has increased, which I honestly don't mind too much. But it also appears that shotgun spread has increased a ridiculous amount. I am also hearing that weapon damage was also changed? Does anybody know if this is correct and if so which weapons and what are their new damages?
