To Apply
Becoming a member of the Freedom Fighters requires a few steps:
1. Make an application thread with the following information:
- - In-game Name:
- Age:*
- Activeness:(At least 5-6 times per week)
- Why you want to join this clan:
- What's your time zone?:
- Do you have any particular skills to contribute?:
2. Join Freedom Fighters IRC Channel here.
We'll see how mature you are and check your ingame skills.
Take in mind that we will do a background check, so if you showed bad behavior in the past (insults, spam, clan-hopping...) your application will be REJECTED with little, or no mercy.
To Stay in the Clan
As you can see we are not too focused on having only the most amazing players who are online every single day. Casual players are welcome here - there are no kill requirements, so n00bs are accepted here, and five to six times a week is to make sure you don't apply and then disappear for a month. However, we do expect that you are active on the forums almost every day, lol.
If you do not communicate with us on a regular basis using our forum then you will be moved to the "inactive" list. This doesn't mean you are kicked out yet - you can easily be moved back on the list if you start visiting the forums more. But if it happens several times and your only communication is just to get OFF the list, you will be kicked from the clan. If you are going on vacation or won't be available for some other reason, just tell us beforehand and you will not be considered inactive.
To Not Be a Moron
We only accept respectful and mature players in FF. The following actions will result in IMMEDIATE and IRREVERSIBLE BOOTING FROM THE CLAN!
- Cheating in a public game. Messing around on your own server is one thing, but if you are ever caught using hacks in an actual game then we will have to say goodbye to your ranks and stuff! But if you showed good behaveior in a period of time, we will revert your stuff.
- Flaming ANYONE on the forums. You are allowed to talk some trash and get into arguments. You are not allowed to throw insults around with no reason. Whether it's another player or a clan, if I see it, you're out.
- Being a sore loser or winner. You should respect players who are way better than you and be able to face the challenge without complaining - on the other hand, show respect to players whose skill is far below yours, and don't rub it in their face!
- Abusing powers given to you in FF. Depending on FF member's accomplishments, they may gain administrator powers on our official server or authority on the forum. If you reach this point you are going to be looked at much more critically than a Trainee: This means the slightest abuse of power (kicking someone because you don't like them, ignoring new recruits for random reasons, etc) is a big deal!
- Joining multiple clans without asking. Most of the time I will say no if you ask: There may be exceptions, for example one of our members also started their own clan [MI]. I was okay with this because the member in question was still very active with FF. However, if you are seen in-game with a different tag or consorting with another clan on the forum then you're gone!
Last thing: Remember, we've got our eyes on you! Don't do anything stupid.
