How did you find out about AoS

I remember reading something about the best indie games of 2011 in what I believe was an issue of GameInformer and they mentioned Ace of Spades. For some reason, I was compelled learn more about it. Glad I did.

Saw lots of threads on /v/ a year or so ago, but I was really huge into Minecraft at the time with a small community of friends. Those friends disbanded a bit and playing Singleplayer on Minecraft got too boring so I figured I'd take a look. Always been more of an FPS gamer anyway.

Your Mom and I were getting down and dirty when we heard all them pigs, cows, and such rawring away . Went into the other room and saw it was Minecraft. Needed a game to get over the trauma, and found #AoS.

I heard about it a while ago when I was looking for free minecraft like games that weren't minecraft rip-offs. I heard about AoS and since I am an FPS kind of guy, checked it out.

I found out about it from a friend, who he found about it from another friend! I didn't like it at first but, then I started to play it again and again to try to get good, then the next thing I realized is.............It is so fun and addicting!
