How did you find out about AoS

some people on a small forum that I go to sometimes were talking about it, so I gave it a try a few days later. I joined in some early version, but I don't know which one it was, the only big thing I remember was it was while the website was just text.

Well, I looked for a F2P game so I googled ''games like WoW'' but then I saw ''games like minecraft'' so I clicked that. Then I saw the name Ace of Spades somewhere saying it was TF2 + Minecraft. I watched a trailer for it and I was sold immediately. Now I play it almost everyday.

My friends all came over and were like "OMGWTFBBQ TRY THIS GAME", and I have never stopped playing. They stopped after the second day, thinking it got boring, but I never did :)

Back during v35 I found a thread on tgchan about it. Tried it, instantly got hooked.

I'm not sure what you mean, if you mean the tgchan thing, it was some other small community centered around some java webgames.
