So apparently I got banned from Minit US - CTF earlier today for "hacking".

What kind of hacking, I can only imagine, but that's what it's listed as. The last thing I saw while in the server was a votekick directed toward me which lasted all of five seconds (low playercount on the US CTF server, as usual) before I was suddenly ejected. If I had to guess, I'd say some admin saw that it was a successful votekick for "hacking" and decided to apply a permanent ban?

I've had practically the exact same thing happen to me on the Komrades CTF server because I was spawncamping and getting easy headshots on inexperienced players - somebody by the name of Greasemonkey later confirmed that I wasn't aimbotting or hacking, and other people (particularly folks on Minit US - Assault) can attest that I don't hack. I'm 99,9% sure that Tuadim/Joseh123 doesn't hack. He's too fluffy and kind.
I believe that he found a girl because of the mod he was using and that he didnt "ban evade" on purpose.

I'd love to play on your servers with him someday.

Ok bud, you have quite a bit to explain before you get unbanned. A confession might just be easier, so keep that in mind. Let's start with 257% accuracy on the smg. You claimed you teamkilled RainbowDash 'once.' That might take your accuracy sky high... assuming that the team kill accuracy bug hadn't been fixed (which it was) and that you had only made a handful of shots (you had 57 kills at the time). Hmmm... if that's not hard enough, you also had a 69% rifle accuracy (most pros don't often break 50% especially far beyond 30 kills or so)... oh, and that last little small detail. I hid, you walked right up to me and dug me out, claimed you saw my block sticking out. Sadly, I know my block should have never stuck out unless you had extended your .kv6 files beyond the standard size(an offense we also stick with a permanent ban I might add).

So explain those all away neatly if you can. Or confess.... we really do like confessions here :D

Hah, I bet you guys do like them. Anyway, about the 257% accuracy, if that wasn't team-killing, I don't know what made it that high. Even if I was hacking, I wouldn't be able to get that accuracy with the SMG, as I was only using it while building. I saw your block sticking out because of the Half Life 2 pack. It is Half Life 2 with original sounds or something like that. Your block becomes a gravity gun. If that is bannable, then I'm sorry, but right now that mod got boring already and I'm using default block placer. About the rifle, I never checked my accuracy to see if it was high or not. In Minit Assault, I can easily kill people with my rifle. I think I'm pretty good with it. If you guys ain't unbanning me, then don't do it. I respect you for thinking I was hacking, so then you can protect your server from hackers and stuff like that. I'll just keep playing with my clan :D

Tuadim AKA Joseh123 is now unbanned. However, in the future, do not use .kv6 extensions that go beyond the normal model sizes. This is considered cheating on the Minit servers and will result in a permanent ban. Also, don't ever let me catch you using an aimbot... or you'll need a lot more than an appeal to play again.
