Why do you want to apply?: Most of the Minit Staff know me, and know that I try to be respectful when I can (sometimes I get in a rage). I would love to be a guard because I feel that some people that play on the Minit servers are either immature kids or are straight up dickheads that try to kick people out for no reason, and I see plenty of people that get kicked and banned for no reason other than their name. I also play late at night (now on weekends since im starting school in 2 weeks), and when I play at night, there usually isnt anyone on to kick false votekickers/griefers other than the people who start the votekicks.

I would like to apply to be a guard on Minit to gain some experience in the administration field of AoS.As far as the chaos goes in Ace of Spades, being one of the major servers Minit has a fair bit of griefers, hackers, and spammers itself. I want to apply because mainly, there has been an influx of hackers around many of your servers, and sometimes the hacks are undetectable. More new griefers are also an annoyance around the servers. I will keep a close eye on hackers. and griefers. I would be a good help for Minit in bringing order to all this chaos.I know a great deal of all the pyspades commands, like /ban, /kick, /jail, /hackinfo, /admin <message>, /pm, /invisible, /god,, /votekick, /unban, /mute, /unmute, /say, /kill, , /teleport <player>, /tpsilent, /goto, /togglebuild, /togglekill, /unstick, /griefcheck, and /rollback. There are also many pixel art builders, that build in the Minit servers, I would like to help push them down to the building servers like Supercool. I also want to give back to they community and my friends for helping me around with griefers and hackers. I`m also a mature person, sometimes I would joke around with my friends on the servers. Two servers that you would you prefer to start with: I really only play on Minit US - Assault. I'm on the server (usually) from 6 - 10, give or take an hour. Might get on and off a few times. Sorry about the pathetic length. I felt I could get my point past without a wall of text.

Why do you want to apply?:I would like to apply to become a guard because, I would like to help make the servers better so people will enjoy it more. Once in a while it comes a time that a hacker comes on and no admin is on. I know admins arn't obligated to be on 24-7 but with more admins/guards they could be more moderated than now. I feel that I would make a good guard that will help players and catch hackers, stop griefers and do what is necessary to moderate the server so it can be good for everyone. I am very trusted with power and don't abuse it and a trustful person.

Why do you want to apply?: I would like to apply as a Minit guard because these are the servers I enjoy most, and positive adminship breeds a positive atmosphere of kindness and respect. Though my history throughout the community is certainly not perfect, that's something I'm attempting to change, and I believe being granted a certain degree of trust and responsibility would give me a chance the reverse the negative image of me some of the older community members still hold on to (though that came about entirely through my own doing.) I also believe I can help remove and rehabilitate many of the griefers and hackers (I know you hear this a lot) who tarnish the server/s I love and due to my timezone I'm able to help out during the self-coined infamous "Polak hour of power". I've administrated several "smaller" servers in the past, such as JoJoe's servers, Gen Wars and the Komrade Server, and thus am familiar with all/almost all Pyspades commands using both an ingame /login and through the use of a command prefix from and IRC client (I use kvIRC, if it matters.) I already know essentially all of the Minit admins from our conversations both in-game and through IRC, and though I like to joke around and say things that may come off slightly weird (I'm a weird guy) I completely understand that when adminstrating a server, serious time is serious time. I am familiar with most Minit policies but I'm a quick learner and will put those policies to effect as best I can. I also use the mumble and other VoIP programs so I am able to speak and collaborate with other admins on there if there is something that must be discussed that isn't IRC appropriate.

Two servers that you would you prefer to start with: Minit US Assault and Minit Eu Babel. Both timezones work for me at different times in the day. I realise Minit Assault may not need more admins so I am more than happy for that to change to Minit US CTF if that is required.

I would like to apply because I love AoS. It is a cross of some of my favorite things, Minecraft and FPS. When someone starts aimbotting, it makes the game no fun. It also causes many arguments and makes people angry at each other. Also, griefing is another pet peeve of mine. If I or someone else has worked hard to create a structure that benefits the team, and some random person chops it down, it's extremely unfair to the builder and the team. I see this going on all the time, and I always wanted to stop it. When I realized I could have to the power to, I instantly went to apply.

I like both Minit Assault and Minit CTf, since they are both US servers, and I would have the best connection.

Why do you want to apply?:

A short answer would be because I don't like playing on servers where I'm not guard or admin. Why is this? well it frustrates me to an amazing extent when I see griefers/hackers/spammers and I can't do anything about it. The minit servers have been around a long time and I enjoy playing on them, what I don't enjoy is having to constantly ping minit staff to deal with the endless parade of griefers/hackers/spammers, So I would like to have a guard login so that I can toggle the griefers/ mute the spammers/ investigate the hackers and otherwise keep the server tidy and enjoyable for the legitimate players.

What experiance with this doI have? well I've admin'd multiple servers in the past, the Bastion server, PXYC's intel wars (I believe that was it's name) and jojoe's test servers for his maps. On top of that I'm a guard for aloha accross all of the aloha servers, which are as follows:

Izzy and the other aloha staff should be able to vouch for my guard/admin capabilities, and assure you of my competence. Also many Bastion members who are experienced guards/admins should also be able to vouch for me.

When I'm guard/admin'ing I do not like to make a big deal of things, If someone is griefing and I catch them I warn them to stop, If they continue I toggle-build them. I do not converse with them, I do not troll them. I do not talk to them.

If I suspect someone is hacking, I use the available guard/admin commands to follow them and test them. When I am fairly certain they are aimbotting/ESP'ing I call on a full admin to come in and double check and ban. Once again I do not talk to them, I do not troll them etc.

If someone is excessively spamming I ask them to stop, and then mute if they refuse.

^ That is how I normally do things, If minit has different courses of action for it's guards, I will be happy to learn and follow them.

Why do you want to apply?: There are countable reasons I would like to be granted with the position of server guard. Recently I have seen countless griefers, hackers and in general players that try to make the game difficult for everyone else. I dislike these people due to the fact that they make it difficult for others to play and also make it boring. I don't want to be a guard for the sake of being famous and popular etc. I believe guards admins and players are equal. I also don't think the 30 minute vote kick is long enough and should be extended to 4-5 hours. if you guys accept me I will try and help make a difference for the community. I would like to finish off my application by stating that I love the Minit Servers and I hope that they will stay for a long time to come.

Minit Us-Assualt because I am familiar with the gameplay and the players that play on that server.
