When we fulfill the requirements, just like any other clan should.
To be frank I don't see mikuli show much activity in clan business, or the entire forums/IRC for that matter. It would have to be taken up with the recently formed clan council. If they will also have the same offer as mikuli, which I doubt, maybe they will consider giving it back to us.
To be on the safe side, I'd rather wait until we fulfill all the necessary requirements.
EDIT: Just read the clan guideline thread. Apparently we fulfill the requirements. I'd give it a bit more time though, just for the sake of giving it more time.

Hey guys. Our new 24/7 server is now hosted in Germany (thanks to Chuck for setting it up there and paying for it!) and can now hold up to 32 people. Another server (with another gamemode) is hosted there also, simultaneously. Links can be found in IRC or in list.
