It's a bit fishy when they turn the opposite direction in the screenshot. You should make it a requirement to face the other team.

Yeah, and then we can require them to give us their exact location, down to the longitude and latitude; plus while taking the screenshot, they should include their license of identification and their social security card, and credit card info in the picture itself, which requires them to use a scanner (if they don't own one, they have to buy one). After all that, they will be considered for looking at their application.
