Help Installing OpenGL

Hello, I started playing AoE yesterday and I really want to know how people get OpenGl and make their graphics like 3x better. If someone could find a good video tutorial or if it's simple enough, just explain it here, that would be great.

If you are talking about this then don't bother. It's a OpenGL client that is still in development.

Only mat^2 and bcoolface have it and mat^2 is the one who's been putting up videos.
