Stab fence with knife, fence explodes. Enough said.

People in your clan will come and go, but stay with the clan and the remaining will stay and help rebuild.

Don't call us Canadians "dumb sheets"

Both are unrealistic in setting, but if there was a zombie outbreak DayZ is quite realistic. If there was a world war 3 battlefield is not realistic.

No.
Rigor mortis would prevent them from running.
Having to eat, drink and fix up wounds is part of daily life. That is about one of the things that are realistic.
Plus, A zombie infection wouldn't last long, At least in America. Due to the fact that almost everyone owns a firearm and they'd be a huge target for stray dogs and flies. There is a whole page dedicated to why this wouldn't happen.

Well, couldn't the virus(or whatever) creating the zombies re-animate the muscles? I mean, it already did that with the brain, why can't it be done with the muscles? There is something similar about the Walkers in Walking Dead, because it seems that the Walkers do not need to eat, but if they do not eat, they start to rot. If something similar happened in a real zombie outbrake, in some time, if people hide or create some well-protected fortresses, the outbreak would end.
Anyway, even the climate would be agaisnt the zombies. In colder climates they would start to freeze, in arid climates they would become really fuckin fragile, as the water evaporates and they become unable to move properly, wet places would accelerate the rotting, some hotter climate would start to cook them in the sun, etc. There is also the natural terrain: Imagine every single paper scratch, brushing and cut you have ever suffered in your life, except it doesn't heal. If everything else I said fails, in some time their bodies would be so fucked up they wouldn't be able to even move.

We are here because the Universe offers conditions so life can evolve,to the point where(at least one)species,in a small planet around a star lost between millions of galaxies,is able to ask itself:What was my origin? (M. Gleiser)

That would have to be a very sophisticated virus, Your writing has good points. Irreversible brain damage would occur 3 minutes after the heart stops beating, So that would mean the virus would have to replace dead tissue with living tissue in order to operate correctly. Then it could start to fix muscle tissue. So that would mean the virus would have to been given time to evolve to that point but that would be very difficult if not impossible due to the reasons I've stated.
