When I get more members I will add a ranking system and the first five members to join instantly receive a high rank. PM me if you would like to join red moon, we will also hold training sessions. Please PM your weapon class, you may be a builder, fighter of the flanks, or someone that moves straight ahead, or perhaps all three. I will also need your character's name (IGN) and all members must add our clan tag, [rm], to their name.

Use good grammar.

Format your thread like that.
Don't offer upranks just because they're one of the first 5 to join.
An example of a well organised clan thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=9737
Take examples from them,but don't go and copy the whole thread and edit it to what your clan is.
Rename your thread:
[RM]-Red Moon. Now recruiting!
If you do that you'll look more professional,people will join your clan,and maybe one day you'll get a subsection!
