Banned (not global)

I got kicked by some ****'s for no reason... now i am banned from my favorite server (the only one i have played so far) what can i do to fix?

If the server has a website, go there and appeal for your ban. Telling the truth is a must. If it's just a votekick, wait 30 minutes (or whatever the votekick timer on that server is) and rejoin.
