Frm what i see, yes, a "reloader" would be awesome, but 4-5 100-round magazine shuold be enough.
How about just 200 rounds, AND cooldown time.
No damage to blocks or very little (I think people should be able to hide behind cover from MG's, instead of just trying to run away) and the MG should be primary weapon (MG's are only useful on the front lines, and since you cant fire it while moving you would need an escort to an area with people to actually shoot at)
Also, instead of placing it and then having anybody be able to use it (or littering the battlefield with a bunch of MG's) as SOON as you place it you are using the MG. Much like in WaW when you could use bipods to place the MG's but you were the only one using it, then as soon as you unmounted the MG it would be back in your hands. That would keep the battlefield clean, prevent people from jacking YOUR MG and make it so you wouldn't have to code in a despawning system for the MG one the original placer died. There could also be a 2-3 second "setup time" to prevent somebody from rushing up to enemy lines, spraying away, then immediately hop off and run away one people start sending return fire.
The MG should be a STRATEGIC DEFENSE weapon, not some "you earned the death machine!" perk.
I also believe that the RPG will NOT be so lethal that it needs to be an unlock to keep "balanced" (even then it wouldn't be balanced since only the players who earned it could use it) and if people really complained you could make it carry 1 rocket instead of 2 (honestly, 3 well placed nades are more lethal then 2 well placed rockets)
I really hope ben sees this and takes what I have said into consideration.
