For real....nearly all the time I see sumone not speaking English, its in caps.

They could be little kids. When I was around 10 I went through a phase where I talked only in caps-lock.

I think the thing is, if you can't make wild hand gestures over the internet then caps lock is the next best thing.

That or a lot of children from Brazil and Poland need to find something better to do with their time.

I've seen English speaking players do it. It's only an accident if you do a few lines after hitting caps lock on mistake. After that, it's just a bad case of dumb-ass in any language.

I am from Brazil and that's not portuguese in any shape or form. That's spanish. We don't use "Y"s and some other retardednesses.
