If you want to post them directly to your post and you dont want to put just the link to the picture these are some steps:

1- Upload your pic to imgur, tinypic or other webpage like that.
2- Copy your image's URL link by right clicking the pic that you uploaded, then click at "copy image URL".
3- Use the image button on the forums.
4- In the center of that thing paste your image's URL.
5- Enjoy your pic!

BTW, pics:
1. Press Print Screen.
2. Get to Paint, press ctrl+v(Paste). There would be your gun pic.
3. Save it as .png(Highest quality!)
4. Upload to some sort of image sharer, recommend imgur.com
5. +If your pic's dimension is lower than 640x640, use [img]"your%20pics%20here".png[/img].
+If it's dimension is bigger than 640x640, just paste the link.
6. ???
7. PROFIT
You can delete your toolbar and stuff and fill the slab6's gray default background.
