How to change from member to leader?

Well I'm the leader of my clan MLG so how do I get {MLG}Leader as my tag without the members getting that tag?

Ask them Site Admins.

Only an Administrator can do that. Why mikuli didn't do that (and give your clan a Recruitment and Matches section) is probably because he forgot to.

Currently mikuli is the ONLY admin handling sub-sections and he's done a great job thus far. I'm sure he'll fix this eventually.
