If you've played this game for a while, especially on the Goon Haven servers, you'd have noticed the existence of mikuli's.
What's that you say? "Mikuli's" Kodiak? You're a dumb ass l0l. There's only one!1!1!1!"
Fear not children, for though you may be used to "<@mikuli>", mikuli's actually come in several colours and flavours.
Common mikuli's found in the wild are tGM, Hompy, Tank, Zeke, Paratrooper, a whole host of people with the Komrade, [LDR] or [USAB] prefix, and many others that shall rename nameless.
A particulary dangerous species of mikuli is the <@> mikuli, recognisable by the <@> before their IGN.
""Kodiak, what the f*** are you smoking and what the f*** is a mikuli"
A mikuli is a savage, bloodthirsty beast found on the Ace of Spades battlefield. Though on the face of it they seem like friendly, fun-loving individual they truly want nothing more than to POP A CAP IN YOUR ASS (or head).
So how does the everyday ho-hum individual beat such a smart, cunning and agile individual?
CONSTANT VIGILANCE.
You need fear no more, because I'll tell you how to beat these sons of guns at their own game.
Mikuli's are very proficient at what they do, but they do have a weak point, and that is REPETITION.
Often a mikuli will use the same few tactics to satisfy his thirst for a filled up killfeed and a 50.0 ratio, and this can be exploited.
One such tactic is what I like to call "Wall-popping", where the mikuli in question will pop only for a moment, line up your head, take a shot, and drop you like Skrillex drops the bass. Mikuli's are able to do this because of supreme reflexes and a likely cocaine addiction.
The best way to counter "Wall-popping" is to line yourself up in a place where you are very nearly invisible to the mikuli. A good way to do this is to get a very small gap between blocks at a diagonal angle where your line of sight is tiny, but so that the mikuli is in range. While he is busy kicking ass and taking names, line your sight up where he is popping up. As soon as you think he'll pop up, take the shot. A "red-dot" sight such as http://aos.minit.nu/mods/Enaris%20sight/semi.png may be of assistance.
Be careful young ones, for mikuli's are often highly sensitive to being shot at and will turn on you as soon as they know you're there.
MAKE YOUR SHOTS COUNT.
Another common tactic of the mikuli is a variation on "wall popping", where the mikuli will still pop up but be moving left to right while doing so. He'll usually be doing this behind a small to medium sized two block high wall, or a gap in a three block high wall. To counter this trickery and black magic, line yourself up hidden as before, but line up your red dot on where he is going, not where he is coming from. This will make the mikuli scared and confused and perhaps make them spam bullets in your direction, so once again, MAKE YOUR SHOTS COUNT.
