i would like to apply for co-leader

reason i have shown great leadership (based on what my friends in zZz said)
and i think i could help in helping people out like maybe you just need some help in a weapon like SMG (can't do shotgun i used it when they were like the rifle but nothing else)
i could help with aim and target practice also i could help set up stuff like matchs but not a whole lot because of my time

and i understand if im not co-leader because i dont have much to back me up in terms of leadership

I want anyone who is applying for co-leader of this clan to understand this:

Leading is hard. I was the leader of TA, it takes a lot of time. TA wasn't even that big. The bigger the clan the more time it will take.

I just want you to understand that leading is no skip in the park.

oh... well i think we should do some more testing maybe weapon testing i know you know are fav weapons but i mean like maybe someones good with shotgun and im not we could test how good someone is and then tell who should go in a squad
