~Part 1 (one): The preparations~
1) Be like deuce but have much better morals and a lot more friendly and handsome.
2) Use my team of advanced writing experts to hide a ton of persuasion in my speeches.
3) Use my other team of social experts to analyze what i am doing and how it will affect society based on its recent trends in response to other leaders of organizations as small as a gang and as large as BSA.
4) Combine steps 3 and 4 to Make people love my government, therefore moving to target country.
5) Build up economy for future needs.
6) Strengthen military.

~Part 2 (two): Execution~
1) Enter war with a smaller country with larger allies.
2) Occupy smaller country before their allies can help.
^A) Declare country as ours.
^B) Build military bases in country and strongly encourage enrollment.
3) Target slightly larger country than step 1 and repeat step 2.
4) Repeat step 3 until the public becomes suspious.
5) Defeat everyone. Still avoid nuclear war though, wouldnt want to own a world not worth living in.
~Part 3 (three): Life~
1) Make poeple understand that I am the prime government.
2) Actually be good unlike many dictators/totalatarian governements in the past.
3) If the going gets rough, change government system for the better. What would happen if the only country collapsed?
