Painkiller wasn't really an anthem...Living After Midnight/Breaking the Law were closer to being anthems than Painkiller. For 90's metal, it's gotta be Enter Sandman w/o a doubt. It came out in 1991 and is still played everywhere. Hell, almost everything off of that album is still played today.
