My crappy laptop has a few it can run:
Portal
HALO PC
MegaMan 8-Bit DeathMatch
Slender/Sanatorium at minimum settings
And MC, obviously.

That's not "crappy", unless by that you mean "can't run 2012 games". And MC doesn't really have low system requirements.

It's not the CPU that matters in gaming, it's the Graphics Card.

It's a Lenovo Thinkpad.
Specs:
2GB RAM (1.86 usable)
32bit Windows 7 OS
Intel HD Graphics
Intel Celeron CPU 1.07GHz

You are wrong some games like minecraft wich are made in java can take a lot of ram but the graphics card is also important if you are playing games with amazing graphics (XD)
