Buying/Building a server

I need a tutorial on how to build a server or i need a website where i can buy a server (Not renting, BUYING). Just like Aloha.pk has. Oh and maybe a guide on how to maintain them would be nice to.

i Dont How to Buy A Server But I know how to make a server,You Can make a server with port forwarding or using pyspades,im using pyspades,A lot!,but my suggestion is,using pyspades,because using port forwarding i always confuse with that or sometimes i forgot, Click http://i.imgur.com/Rwv9c.png for the guide to running your server in port forwarding,thats is the image tutorial here for the guide to running a server with pyspades http://aceofspadeswiki.com/index.php/Se ...
