[Request]/Help Weapon Removal Script.

I need a script that would remove the Shotgun and severely nerf the SMG and lower player movement speed while using the smg. Needs to be able to be run on a server and remain open to the general public. If not, That fine but that is the whole point XD If there's a way to do this a nudge in the right direction would be appreciated. I do however, Suck at scripting.

Removing the shotgun is impossible, but you could probably make it do no damage.

As far as I can tell..... this MIGHT be what I was talking about... But since I have absolutely no experience in any kind of scripting (All my attempts have ended in a spectacular failure. I'm willing to give it a shot though.) I can't really tell. Still, The Code itself is very interesting and I'll keep looking it over.
