it looks like a stick
make a 3x30x10 rectangular block and sculpt your scar out of it and try to keep the rectangular shape
if you end up making it face the wrong direction, go to tools > set default orient.:mirror to make it face the opposing direction

Btw, make the SCAR fatter(add one layer of voxels to sides)
