Download SLAB6 and start to mess around modifying the default skins. When you know what everything does, start to make your own skins. I myself recommend you to take inspiration from some other people's mods like KillerRed9's, HaloWarLord's, Haaaax's, SIMOX's and, hell, even mine skins.
With practice you will get better. My first skins are just simple shit, and I'm even currently updating some old skins for personal use ;)

The stock is... a little bit wierd, since MSR has different stock. Nice work, anyway. Just a little bit too sort thorugh.
