Super Metroid Mod 4.5

This is my first very first mod/conversion, entitled, The Super Metroid Prime mod for AoS.

It's currently in version 4.5 and will continually be updated as AoS progresses.

It features a number of new things including:
Samus' Arm Cannon w/ three beam weapons that replace the standard AoS weapons (Power Beam, Ice Beam and Hyper Beam)
Morph Ball bombs
New player skins
New Intel/CP tents
New Spade
Nearly 100% sound replacement
New Splash screen
Iron sights have been replaced with Samus' HUD from the prime games
New Health/Weapon ammunition/block icons

Very nice, althrough I think the crosshair for the HUD should be like the ones in metroid prime rather than black lines.

I tried it, but i just didn't feel it did a lot for accuracy. The HUD was made before the cone of fire was introduced. At that time the accuracy was 100% perfect, so I felt it would be best to leave it as is.

Well I loved this pack so much I decided I would use it. To use it I would need to arm it!

So here I made all three guns armed. They look really good. I just started changing my style to replicate SIMOX's way, so they might not be as good. I also added a quieter death.wav because it personally was too loud for me!

Zeke! You're on to something good here, I'm digging the way it looks with arms! But I gotta nitpick something.

Instead of the arm gripping the bottom of the barrel at the front, it would look much better if the hand rested on the top center of the cannon, that's the way Samus always has her hand.

Just a minor tweak, but dude, I really like the look. If you can pull this off, I'll add it into the pack for the next version!

About the gripping, I have to say I am interested to see how it looks myself. I will experiment and see what I come up with. I'll be sure to tell you what I got.
