Where do I get good avatars?

But I'm looking for a replacement.

1. Make it - making avys is easy, be it with GIMP, Paint, PotatoChop, Blender, 3DSM, C4D, etc.
2. Ask someone to make one for you - lots of people know how to use these tools, and can easily make you one if you ask.
