What's so bad about that? Minecraft seems like it's gotten better since Mojang came along.

What i meant is that AoS will become Minecraft 2: War Edition if it goes priced
In terms of content, listening to the fanbase too much, and attitudes

This is just me being extremely pessimistic, but my fear is still there

I'd rather have ads that pop up every time you load a map and ads on every page of the forum.
To a Physicist, white and black is the presence and absence of color.
To a Fine Artist, white and black are just shades and tints of color.
To a Painter, any paint that you could get into a can is a color.
THIS color, on the other hand, is #b4d455.

I'd rather have AoS stay free like it has always been

I sure as hell don't want to buy a game with hardly any features or weapons.

Hush, it's only on Beta stage.

Nothing is ever free. Someone has to fork out money for the web hosting and master server at least.

I would buy it if it were cheap. Like 2$.

But the attraction of this game is that it's free.

He HAS to make profit off of the game somehow.

Ben didn't started working on AoS with the intent of profit in mind, he suddenly changing his mind and seeing AoS as a opportunity for quick buck in his pocket would be a dick move

Ehh, I think he has. Everyone thinks of making money when they are making games. Serious.

I remind of him saying something about AoS being a little project of his or something, in the very beginning of AoS
That is what attracted most players, it being a good game, a developer that listens to you, and it being free
