Rifle No Longer As Accurate (Plus a Small Rant)

Kmaj and Broseph are correct. The head is easy to aim for, and with practice, its pretty easy to instinctively get headshots. At least, it used to be.

Consider that the head is almost 1/3 of the body. Headshots here are way easier than in your average FPS.

No really. The rifle is hell accurate even now I can simply streak up more then 5 Headshots in row. Making it 100% accurate will make the old noob rifle back where even a Retarded can simply run and make easily kills with it.

Hmm, I think you mean the noob smg. Smg requires far less skill than the semi, if thats what you are implying. You can hardly say that the smg is not the noob weapon of choice.

The small circle I have added to the center of my reticule is the decay area of the current rifle shot trajectory. As you can see this seems pretty large, and using the other measuring tools I have on my sight you can see that at 70- 120 blocks aiming PERFECTLY DEAD CENTER on somebodies head does not guarantee an accurate headshot. (I have tested out the radius and this is the most accurate one can get to estimating the decay area without knowing its exact values)

In the .70 version this area was half the current area, so practically non-existent in terms of functional accuracy.

Smg needs a fix that's true , I have't talked about the SMG I said abut the topic " Rifle No Longer As Accurate"
But I wouldnt make the rifle 100% accurate cause of the smg now , smg should be fixed and the rifle should stay like it is.

That was on Start of 0.75 In the first days after the Only weapon is Rifle balance , It feels awesome to have more then 1 weapon to chose to kill.
And that you ask me what balance is better 0.70 or 0.75 I would say for sure 0.75. I'm for a soft fix of the smg and nothing more so I Can still say its Near perfect and if you are for great balance changes then just no I like it now.

I can deal with current rifle.
Current SMG/Shotgun should go back to .70 versions. No exceptions (unless ben wants to make shotgun as powerful as when it first came out, shotguns SHOULD be able to kill people up to 60 blocks away with a lucky shot, and 2 well placed shots with no more then three with an unlucky spread. In a game like AoS 60 blocks is pretty close range considering most fights break out at 80-100 blocks, and rifles can kill EASILY at 90 blocks and SMG can also kill EASILY at 60 and at 90 with a little skill.)

Rifle Should stay so but really I wish this is the final rifle balance.
That the smg gets at the middle of 0.70 and 0.75 it would be awesome.

Yep... i oftenly will unload 1+ clips and never hit anything. The cahnell log says that its waited twords the middle, but i think the opposite. If ben doesnt change this, i think i may take a long break. If he does, this will be his 3rd or 4th time undoing one of his weapon "balances".
