Votekicking Without any reason

It's just real annoying it happened to me twice today and I did nothing wrong.
I might post something in the suggestion list about this but who else agrees with me that it's REALLY STUPID THAT PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO THIS!

I actually saw you ingame. If you get kicked for a bad reason, tough. Its happened to other people, and they managed. It may happen to you again. Theres not much you can do, except try to find out why you are being voted off, before you actually get kicked.

Today I was kicked from 76 test server for firing a single shot.

I have been kicked for not fighting enough. Even though I was building useful strategic structure's.
Kicked off the very same server for not building enough, fighting too much.
I have been kicked because they didn't like my name. (non offensive)
I have been kicked for hacking. This is my favorite, because I am just an average shooter. Maybe on the low side. :)

Personally I don't like the Vote kick system at all.

I think it is a weak patch for intrinsic problems in the game code and community itself.

(1) Servers need admins. But who can you trust?
(2) Game code needs to deal with cheats like an antivirus package, patching updates on a regular basis.
(3) Chat filters should be available to all players, as well as server side.
(4) Griefers? I don't know. Admins?

but when I'm on a server and someone tries to votekick me for a stupid reason, nobody even votes.
What server are you guys on anyways?

Nobody votes even if the guy is spamming the killfeed with an obvious aimbot, and I spam the chat with "press /y"

^You have to be privileged with a decent community in general to have a successful kick, and most people are lucky to get a few votes. The current number of required votes is pretty bad on full servers, since hardly anyone ever votes.

The in-game community is really weird: when there's some one aimbot, no one votes; and if there's a votekick for a stupid reason, everyone votes. Dafuq?

Yes, but he's actually having a point. You shouldn't be able to votekick people without a reason.

But you see, that's the problem. When someone is actually hacking, everyone assumes it's just someone being whiny. There's really no good solution to this problem, except accepting that you got unfairly votekicked, and moving on.

If you play on the better servers (Minit, Shams, etc.) this will happen a lot less (if at all), as quality people play on these servers (for the most part)
