About the ranks:
Clan Leaders: Clan Leaders are the fouders of the clan and will all ways get the final say.
Lieutenant: Lieutenants will have access to the majority of the clan's management allowing the clan leader to take breaks every once in a while.
Officers: Officers are the recruiters and basic moderators of the clan's community. They are in charge of keeping the troops ready for deployment and help organize practices before matches. These duties demand access to Clan Invites, Clan Demotes (only below their rank), Clan Challenges, and Clan Page Moderation (removal of Shout Box messages)
Members: Clan members are not just ordinary joes! They to may have access to somethings like Shout Box moderation or even clan invites, should the Clan Leader or Lieutenant permit it.
Recruit: Recruits are the clan's "new guys". They may practice with the clan but should not yet be introduced into a clan match. These users will have no access to any clan permissions.
