I dunno why is it blurry but i don't use photoshop/etc.I just took screenshot and posted it!I still have the picture if this will help.

Ok, my bad. I never had a problem with that--because I use .PNG maybe?

Regardless, your application status still stands because your application is poorly done. You can re-apply in two weeks per the stick at the top of this page.
