And I only know some markup languages and a little python--taking a college comp sci class this year though, which uses Java.

Am in high school and I wanted to start with java but I found it really hard, so am working my way from C to C++ to java.
I already made a lil program that lets you choose an animal out of 15, then displays it in SCII art!
Are you finding java hard?
