I dont have a prnt screen option can you tell me how to take 1 a different way

Well first, you can post in the correct section, two, there are 3rd party programs that let you take screenshot of the whole screen/window and automatically save it for you.

Try this one. It's called FastStone. I used to use it in the past and I can vouch that it gets the job done, quick.

On this laptop there is a Funtion/fn button, press that and insert simultaneously.
