I'm thinking of demoting some of you to Moderators
This will mean no practical change at the timebeeing, exept that you'll use the guard sig

The point in doing this is to limit access to some commands (Master, godbuild, timelimit, pause, etc..)

So, what do you think of this?


On Minit we try to have a lot of admins, so that we don't have to work so hard :)

The admins that are on often are experienced with their commands, thus putting Minit as one of the top-protected servers on Ace of Spades.

I lost interest when enari admin'd a guy who has played AoS for less then a month, after talking to him for 2-3mins on the mumble server...and no, enari had never met him before.

Sometimes people make mistakes Defaulter.
But you should never give people admin powers until you know who they are and if they are trustworthy.

Well I was there when the decision was made on those three, they were all vouched for by other admins (I myself suggested Vezok) so I'd assume he just trusted our word.

Actually, when I first entered Minit's IRC channel, I was asking Enari for adminship. BAD IDEA.
Begging will not get you admin.

As you can see, we've always handpicked people, and we always will. The way I got to be an admin was playing on Minit a lot, helping people out whenever I could, and just being friendly.

also may i ask who this admin Paralyz_ is? he seems to be a little odd as he started permbanning ip networks because they had the name "daniel" and were somehow related to aimbotters. he also had no proof which kinda worries me on his judgement. this is the WHOIS i got from him and i don't see it matching up with anyone on the admin list
