Sound files gone?

So yeah I downloaded AOS to a different computer and then I tried the shotgun and there was no sound when u shoot but when u reload there's sound, I also don't have any getting hit by bullets or getting killed sounds. I checked the aos wav folder but there were sound files, they were just empty. Like shotgunreload.wav has nothing in it. I re installed aos 4 times now and the same thing happens. Help please. thanks,

Here you go, it is everything default. Just get the wav files if you need them.
