1. I know the rifle's long-range accuracy was nerfed, but how exactly? Do bullets fly less straight, or is it kind of a dice toss when you hit someone?
2. How do you write those link things that are like "Go here" and if you click here, you get redirected to a page?

The bullets wont fly exactly straight, they spread out a bit.
And the code to do that is this: [url*=link]Go here[/url], and dont forget to remove the *.
